Frequently Asked Questions

1. What foods should I keep track of to stop the weight gain?
Stopping that weight gain is the first step in becoming lean-for-life and energized. Focus on your carbohydrate intake.

2. What happens if I cheat?
That’s why we call it the 24-hour diet™. Each day is a new beginning. You are either building on the previous day’s success, or you’re taking that first step to a better, healthier you.

3. What must I avoid?
There is no denial with The 24-Hour-Diet™. If you really must have that candy bar, then enjoy it. We show you how to minimize its negative effects. When armed with accurate information can make your own food choices easily.

4. Do I have to follow this program every day?
The Professor follows it 5 days a week, and on weekends “loosens up” if he desires to. Due to the high quality PEOs he takes daily, he doesn’t have carb and sugar cravings like he used to and soon, neither should you. On the weekend, eat those foods you’d like, but have avoided during the week. The rule we suggest is to just make sure you really want it before you eat it. You never want to feel deprived. Weigh your options. Do you want the tast of a fully-loaded baked potato (salty, starchy) or do you prefer a candybar or a piece of cake (sweet)? Believe it or not, that baked potato is equal in sugar to that candybar, once your body breaks it down in digestion.

5. Can I drink alcohol?
Certainly. Visit Yes-supplements.com for their handy Sugar Rater food guide for specific numbers. Also, always order “club soda” (0 carbs) instead of sugar-based tonic water.

6. Can I eat fried foods?
Certainly. Just remember, as long as you fry in naturally saturated fats like coconut oil, palm oil, or peanut oil, you’ll be fine. You can get organic oils at the health food store. What you fry is another story. And if you eat fried food from a restaurant you may want to increase your PEO intake for that day, since you cannot guarantee what oils restaurants are cooking in. You can also consider asking your waiter/waitress before ordering, just to be sure.

7. Is eating at bedtime a “no-no?”
No problem. The trick is understanding the science of how your body handles various foods. You can get the full story by reading The 24-Hour Diet and for additional info visit our Diet Tools page.

8. Any advice when dining in a restaurant?
Certainly. After reading the 24-Hour Diet you'll be armed to face any dining special occasion, easily.
